1. Service Use Agreement

By booking any service through our platform (website, phone, WhatsApp, or in-person), you agree to provide accurate information and grant ICZC permission to assign a verified service provider to your location.

 

 

2. Booking & Payment

  • All bookings must be made through authorised ICZC channels.
  • Payments are accepted through secure online gateways, bank transfer, or in-person (if approved).
  • Services are only confirmed after payment processing or advance approval.
  • A confirmation email or SMS will be sent upon successful booking.

 

 

3. Pricing & Charges

  • Prices shown on the website are subject to change based on job scope, location, and timing.
  • Additional charges may apply for urgent requests, night hours, materials, or special equipment.
  • ICZC will inform the user of any additional charges before work begins.

 

 

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Free cancellation is allowed if requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time.
  • Late cancellations (within 24 hours) or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund.
  • 45 days to reflect on the original payment method.

5. Service Quality & Disputes

  • We aim to deliver high-quality service through trained professionals.
  • If you’re unsatisfied or experience property damage, notify us at info@iczc.ae within 24 hours.
  • ICZC will try to mediate between the user and service provider, but compensation is not guaranteed.

 

 

6. User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate service location and instructions.
  • Ensure access to your premises during the scheduled time.
  • Keep pets, valuables, and hazardous items secure during service.
  • Any delays due to customer unavailability may result in cancellation or extra charges.

 

 

7. ICZC Rights & Limitations

  • ICZC reserves the right to reject or cancel any booking at its discretion.
  • We may update our services, pricing, or policies at any time without prior notice.
  • We are not liable for indirect damages, service delays caused by traffic, weather, or third-party vendors.

 

 

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, designs, and service descriptions are the property of ICZC. Unauthorised copying, reuse, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

 

 

9. Privacy & Data Protection

Your personal data is handled securely and in compliance with UAE privacy regulations.

10. Jurisdiction & Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be subject to Dubai courts’ exclusive jurisdiction.
